onegreyhareBeing a Toon there's a lot that Bugs can get away with. This includes all of that and what your characters can get away with too. He's a fairly laid back rabbit, so he's not going to go around using these all the time, but just be aware they are viable options.
For Bugs, it is okay to:
♦ Know who he is. He's the top Rabbit in the house and he's very well aware of this. Expect him not to be phased by any declarations.
♦ Know what he has starred in. Space Jam, Back in Action, The Looney Tunes Show, and any other commercial or product endorsements that may exist. This kinda falls into the first point.
♦ Injure or hurt him, but this is Bugs Bunny we're talking about. It's going to be hard to get the upper hand on this quick witted rabbit. It is possible, but it wont really have much effect. He'll bounce back as if nothing even happened.
♦ Try and kill him. Note the try. There's only one way to kill a Toon.Yes this is a Who Framed Roger Rabbit reference.
♦ Manipulate his body. If you manage to catch him he's just as stretchy as Daffy. Do note the if, as part of Bugs own special abilities he was blessed with two lucky rabbit feet~
For Players/Characters: Is it Okay for Bugs to:
1. Appear out of Nowhere?: Maybe he's just learned to travel through hammer space but Bugs can appear at random and act as if he's always been there. He can also accidentally tunnel places he didn't quite mean to, so if he pops up in random places via the floor don't be too surprised if it's okay.
2. Can he (generally) prank your character?: ALL PRANKS ARE TEMPORARY and effects disappear after you "scene switch" (aka: get away from him). General pranks are banana peels, sweeping the floor form under you, etc. If no, skip to 3. Usually this will only be a result of your character trying to get the upper hand of Bugs or just generally messing with him first in a way he doesn't approve of.
a. Image altering pranks?: Can he dress you up suddenly in different clothes, or change a hair cut? Add makeup?
b. Body altering pranks (non-violent): "Rearrange your face", stretch you. All effects are NOT PAINFUL (but they might feel really weird.)
c. Body altering pranks (violent): Dropping an anvil on you, tossing you some dynamite, replacing something the character was holding with dynamite. Effects are slightly painful, but its nothing you can't shake off, despite how bad it would normally hurt.
3. Can he affect the environment around you?: This wouldn't happen too often, as it requires a lot of, well, "toon power". Can he "scene switch" along with you? Turn everything into a western-style movie in your presence? or just take you instantly to his own room?
4. Is physical contact okay?: Can he jump in your arms? Kiss you (as toons are prone to do)? He's not as grabby as Daffy is, but you know all for the sake of the joke.
4. Anything else?: If you know Looney Tunes, there is a lot to cover. My application is also posted on Bugs journal but it only covers a small amount of all he can do.
